During the construction of a new single-family home, the PV system was installed on the east, west and south sides of the roof with the aim of optimizing self-consumption and economic efficiency in combination with a heat pump.
Requirements
When building a new single-family home, it should be ensured that maximum self-consumption and high economic efficiency are achieved by installing a PV system in combination with a heat pump and an electricity storage system.
Technical Implementation
The PV system was installed on three sides of the roof - east, south and west - with the east and west sides of the roof being used with a polystring connection on the SMA inverter. The scaffolding costs were saved by using the existing scaffolding in coordination with the building owner and developer. With the SMA Home Manager and a BYD 10.2 kWh battery storage system, additional controllable consumers can subsequently be integrated into the energy monitoring system.
